box squat 2inches below parallel 270 x 2×9 +chains

speed pulls sumo(first time pulling solo) started at 370 for singles added chains did about 3 more singles then felt the urge to go heavy and ended up with 535 for a single (i know i could have psyched up for another 5-10 lbls)

did three or four sets of glute ham raises

3 sets side bends

3 sets leg raises

i was super pumped about my pr in an exercise i’ve never done before since it smoked my old conventional deadlift.

bent over rows 120×10, 120×9, 120×7 (realized later i did wrong form because i haven’t really ever done these :\ so it may have taken some figures away)

well recently i finally broke my bench’s plataeu and also realized that heyyy i’m a powerbuilder and on a strength cycle why am i benching like a BB and not arching..well i started arching and was extremely happy by the difference..i’ll post what my bench has become on my next heavy day. which just happens to be next friday..and that’s my next workout..i don’t know if i can go 6 days of rest between lifts…i’ll be doing tons of gripper work and abs on these breaks i’m thinking..i’ll have to do something to keep myself happy, the intensity i’m moving onto on my peaking cycle is getting fairly extreme and it is becoming hard to pump out all my sets at the near maximum weights they are at but you know you gotta keep your goal in mind and mine is to beat records especially the squat record at school which is 480 by a 280lbl guy..i don’t believe he should be up there so i decided to make it my mission to take that weak squat down i have til around june to set it so hmm i’ll beat it..the beggining of may..that’s the time i’m allowing myself hopefully i can do it so wish me luck guys! well that’s it for this entry..i’ll get back to you my readers .

p.s. took new progress pictures and re-measured my body.
