leg day and how it went and what i coulda did differently
well today was my leg day and i haven’t pushed it very hard for a while but well i did 310 for 6 which i guess is alright ..so i was exhausted after all my numerous sets and toook a 10 minute breather..then i got creative and tell myself let’s do deadlifts! so on a 0 energy store i decided to do them and well i got 325 up for 6 which really depressed me because i wanted to one rep max at 400 on the next time i did deadlifts but i guess it’s difficult after a leg day, eh? ..next time..
