new attitude
Today may just be another day in the gym or you could start making a difference… Today im going into the gym like i own the damn place!!! Before i used to be able to go threw my whole workout and be able to complete each set with 8-10 reps…(not satisfied!) well now when i get to that 8th or 10th rep and feel like i can keep going ill go untill i cant go anymore thats the line where winners and lossers divide! How could we ever reach our full potential if we have a stop bar for each rep? We got to start making a difference today now … yesterday, have a positive attitude and move some iron like tomarrow depends on it. Add new weight if we have to. Im ready for todays lift are you?
