Natural Bodybuilding vs Fitness
What is the real difference? I am here in Okinawa Japan getting ready to compete in my first bodybuilding competition and found out that I am the only female signed up. We have had two other competitions in June and July that featured both bodybuilding and fitness. The one at Kadena AFB also had only one bodybuilder. The rest were fitness. Is this the latest trend where females are making the shift to fitness. A female who competed in bodybuilding last year, was a fitness competitor this year. Just want some insight on this.
