Mine That Bird
i tell you what: anyone who says that horses aren’t athletes is a damn liar! did anyone watch the kentucky derby? that was crazy! sloppy track, 19 horses racing like crazy….around 3/4 of the track there’s a lead pack, then the others…and then Mine That Bird kicked it up a notch…BLAM! slid along the rail…zigged to the right, back to the left…surged in front and left everyone far behind! that was crazy! the horse looked like it was toying with the competition the whole time, and had a lot left in it’s gas tank!
how many of us wish we were like that horse - lean but powerful…long beautiful strides…focused…professional at all times…and with a gang of gas in our tanks.
