LET THE TRAINING BEGIN!!!!
Ok so I have be extremely inconsistent since my carnival trip in February. So much so that I gained 8-10lbs (of fat) that I have been trying my hardest to get rid of. Well…..the laziness has come to an end…..I have lost about 5 of those lbs and need tol ose another 3-4 more to get back to my ‘maintenance’ weight. I have exactly 2 months to get ready for my next vacation. All jokes aside, I plan to get it right…shed those extra lbs that I gained and be in good form where I am not embarrassed to put on my swinsuit. Im back with a purpose and in full force……LET THE TRAINING BEGIN!!!!
