Losing the weight…or is that water???
| ok so quick blog…i just came from the gym. I always take my weight with the scale there to have a more accurate measurement. And it FINALLY moved. I am now at 122.5. It feels great since I have been hoovering over 125-126 for a while. But…..is that water weight i lost….i.e. will it be back soon? What a great way to start my day |

Elle, Don’t get caught up in the scale. If youlook at your progress pics you can see the definition coming in. WHich tells you that:
1) you are loosing bodyfat
2) you are loosing inches and gaining muscle
The weight will vary with your diet, routine, cardio combination, but what is most important is the definition which means loosing bodyfat and gaining lean muscle….You look good, baby, don’t get scale crazy.
