Stuck again!!

I have tried boards, bands, dumbells, barbells, everything I though imaginable, but i can’t break the 300 plateau on my bench. My decline is over 300, but the flat just won’t go over 300. It has been two weeks now, any one on here got any new ideas? Any info would be appreciated.

    strengthen your triceps and lats. heavy close grip presses, and rowing work. dont worry about the decline for now. Also haow is your bench form? lats tight, back arched, feet planted on the floor, elbows tucked.

    You may already be doing this…read on this site an article from a pro lifter a few weeks ago…says to arch your back and push your shoulders down on the bench, which keeps the chest from caving in during the upper limits of your lift…makes your chest do more of the pushing, taking some pressure off the Tris which sometimes fatigue at the top…it may help with the last couple of inches. Your stats show impressive progress on that routine the last few months, though….nothing to "sneeze at", J.T….good luck in pushing thru!….jeff
