Team Scivation Week 4
Well, this is my week 4, tomorrow will be the end of it, I was feeling tired yesterday at the gym but i got my HITT cardio done,, today Friday is legs, hams and calves, tomorrow shoulders day,, I am very pleased with team scivation I talked to Derek Monday, we lowered the calories a little to try to keep the fat away from me, lol, I’ve been learning a lot since I started working with Derek, I feel like I have more knowledge about nutrition now than before, his diet really makes sense and it easy to follow, right now i am 185 with 18 % bf and I finally feel that Im having my streght back, I can lift more weight than i used to lift before I start with this training, Main goal right now is to loose fat and keep the mayority of muscle.. I would like to be ripped and shreeded by April or May next year, lets see if I can make it happen.
