change is good
February 22, 2009I am like most people, you lose weight you gain weight. You try this and you try that. You look to cut corners and find short cuts to results. When in reality you know it takes consistency and a whole lot of hard work to get results. I am now on a path to change my body, I am responsible for all of my actions. I can’t get mad at anyone for my slip ups, and lack of will power. I am now in control, and it feels really good. I started the Chalean program on the 7th of February. I love Chalene Johnson from her turbo jam workouts that I already own, she is very motivating. So I was thrilled to see she had a weight program coming out. I am on week 3 as of yesterday and I feel amazing. I don’t know if I have lost any percentages yet but I feel stronger and have more endurance. I won’t weigh until the 8th of March, that will be the end of the burn phase. I know they usually say that it takes 90 days to form a habit but for me on this program it took one week. It is like second nature now for me to work out, I honestly think I have found something that will keep me on the path to being the healthiest and fittest person I can be. Posting this blog holds me responsible to stick to my guns and follow through. I will finish the drill and nothing or no one will get in my way.
