I just realized that I have been going super strong for 2 weeks now. Before that I was falling down and getting up, falling down and getting up. I had some sort of epiphany 2 weeks ago, and since then I have been doing great. I feel awesome and I’m not even craving junk food or having to talk myself into doing my workouts. That is excellent. I think this is a definite turning point for me. I’m so excited to see what my results are for this 2nd half!

That’s what I keep telling myself every day is. And it’s true. Everyday is a new start. I’ve been doing P90X for awhile now (I think this is week 7). I took progress pictures on Sunday. I wasn’t as impressed as I was hoping to be, but I’m glad I could see the difference. I have decided that I was not burning enough calories with the cardio I was doing. So, I’ve added in TurboJam and treadmill to my routine. Here’s looking forward to the next 6 weeks…

Today is the first day of my P90X program and I am so excited. I am feeling extremely motivated and I know that this time is my time. I’m really glad I signed up on bodyspace. Everyone is very helpful and encouraging. I have been perusing the site for the last 3 or 4 days and the success stories on here have gotten me really pumped up. I can’t wait for my first workout tonight!
