December 9, 2009First, identify why you fell off the wagon. In your post it sounds like an issue of food availability, you had only tuna left. Try to precook everything beforehand and never let yourself run out of a certain food (chicken etc.) this way when your hungry you have food rigth available. Your wife also suggested pizza, it sounds a little front, but you need to tell your wife how serious you are about eating healthy so she takes it a little more seriuosly too because she played a pretty huge step in you falling off the wagon.
Finally, don’t count weight. Look at body composition. Are you getting bigger and fuller in the mirror, staying the same or getting smaller? After this is identified adjust your caloric intake accordingly.
Good luck and just remember, everytime you fall off the wagon dust off and get right back on. This is how you get to where the wagon is going.
