		<description><![CDATA[I got my body fat tested this morning with calipers and found out that I&#8217;m 11.5%.   All this with no cardio, just mainly diet and still being REALLY bad on the weekends.  Hell Ya!!!!  Now I just need to keep it consistent and get my weight up now.

		<description><![CDATA[I finally did cardio this year.  It was not fun.  I ended up doing 25 minutes on the track which I&#8217;ve never done.  The first four trips around the track, I did pretty well.  Now I just need to be more consistent.
