Well, I went to the doc and got weighed today. They said 230 lbs and I was like Holy Crap. I wasn’t tryin to lose that much, but if it was fat then that’s a good thing. Now, I just need to pack it back on the right way, and get back to 240 with 10%. 17lbs in a month and a half, WOW!

Need to get my weight checked tomorrow, this diet that I’m on seems like it’s doing the trick. No carbs after 6:00 PM. So protein and a salad, then cottage cheese before I go to bed. I haven’t done flax seeds on them yet, I’ll have to try that one tonight. I actually fit into my airbrushed jeans from college. Now I just need to get good weight back on.

My daughter was born on August 11, and I just had my first day back to the gym on Tuesday. Boy was that interesting, it has been about three weeks since I’ve been to the gym. Now, I just need to figure out a good schedule so I don’t miss anything with her, but I can still be strong and fit for her and myself.

For the past two years, I have not been able to do heavy barbell curls because of tendonitis pains in my right wrist. The highest I could go was 95lbs and that was pretty painful. Last week though, I did (with a little english on it) 135lbs 3 times. Now, I just need to hit it with better form.

I can’t believe I hit 360lbs on bench last night. I wasn’t even trying to get that. I had been planning to hit 350 last night and that was easy so I decided to throw on another 10lbs. I had a little trouble near the top but I didn’t need any help with the lift at all. I’m still in shock.

Last week, I did 315, 3 sets of 3 reps, and this past Monday I did 295lbs on Incline Bench, both of which I’ve never done. Next week Monday I’m going for it, so wish me luck.

I need to work on proper form for bench press. I’ve been so used to performing bench with my feet on the bench that I don’t have proper form with my feet on the floor. I almost injured myself on Monday going for 345. I felt a strain in my lower back. So now I need to alter my workout to make sure I hit my back more. Plus, it’ll help me with my strength gains.

I have found that my tendonitis was caused by my high cholesterol (genetic). Now that my cholesterol medication has been changed, everything seems better now. I was able to barbell curl 105lbs yesterday, the most I could do before without pain was 65lbs.

I’m feelin’ pretty good about myself. On Monday, I decided to do chest and went through the plates 20×135, 10×225, 5×275, then 2×315. I haven’t attempt 315 since the end of last year, and I still have tendonitis in my right wrist. I still need to beat this injury and get back on track with my goals.

Well, me trying to hit 350lbs on bench is pushed back even further now. I’ve got tendonitis in my right wrist and it sucks. No more curls for a while, and I have to watch my bench with it. This sucks.
