11.5% and no cardio. Hell Ya!!!
I got my body fat tested this morning with calipers and found out that I’m 11.5%. All this with no cardio, just mainly diet and still being REALLY bad on the weekends. Hell Ya!!!! Now I just need to keep it consistent and get my weight up now.

Nevermind… I guess I could have just looked at your profile lol..
I take CLA and I find that even if I eat like garbage on the weekends ie. drinking, burgers, chips and dip etc.. as long as I hit it hard durning the week, Im fine.

The only fat burning sup I take is ECGC (green tea) before I got to bed with the cottage cheese and I the morning with my protein and coffee.
