Almost got my curls back
Monday, August 4th, 2008For the past two years, I have not been able to do heavy barbell curls because of tendonitis pains in my right wrist. The highest I could go was 95lbs and that was pretty painful. Last week though, I did (with a little english on it) 135lbs 3 times. Now, I just need to hit it with better form.
