Too much caffeine is a bad thing
Tuesday, November 20th, 2007Yesterday I drank a cup of coffee (black) during lunch, then another at 5:00 pm an hour before my lift and I was all thrown off. My heart rate was elevated too high, and I didn’t feel right. I was trying to go for 345 bench with feet on the bench, and I needed assistance both times. Maybe next week I’ll get it.
