Tuesday, August 14th, 2007Yesterday I workout chest with my friends from the gym. Usually I’ll lift without a spotter but I forgot my headphones and I need to work on my strength gains. The two guys I lift with off and on I out weight by 70 lbs, but we are all at the same strength level. This is because they are more consistent with getting to the gym and I have been averaging 3 days a week. Also, my wrists when doing bench have been sore after the lift, I need to get some wraps.
Flat Bench Press (feet on floor)
