| Today i started off taking some anabolic pump 15 minutes before my pre workout meal. after i had the meal about 20 minutes from then i could see my muscles filling out and i just couldnt wait to hit the wieghts. When i got to the gym i was pumped because i was visiting a different one that i usually dont go to. after doing a light warmup set of lat pulldowns my back felt stronger and for some reason i felt a tingly feeling. I LOVED IT! it got a little bit wider just from that one set so after doing that i was excited to get going with the rest of my workout. i ended up setting a new personal best for dead lifts, 315 lbs for 4 reps. My back was shot after that but then i started to hit the biceps hard b/c they were already a pumped up. so i jstu went straight to an EZ curl bar and went balls to the wall. This was probably my best workout ive had in a long time and i cant wait til all my suplemnts i just ordered really start to kick in. il keep everybody updated |
