Today’s workout
Tuesday, April 1st, 2008Today was a pretty tough one considering my legs are still sore from yesterday. Todays workout was four rounds of running a 1/2 mile all out as fast as possible then resting as needed in between rounds. My buddy and I decided no more that 3:00 minutes rest between rounds and I ended up knocking all four rounds for a total of 2 miles out in 15:07. I was pretty happy with that time, but next time I want to be in the 13’s.
