“Michael”
Thursday, March 13th, 2008Today’s workout was pretty brutal. It was titled "Michael". Crossfit titles many of their workouts after fallen heros of the war, in case you were curious. Anyway, Michael is 3 rounds as fast as you can complete it of run 1/2 mile, do 50 sit ups and 50 back extensions. So I completed all 3 rounds in 20:40, not a bad time considering this was the first time I did this particular workout. By the way, does anyone actually read these, or am I just talking to myself?
