Saturday, October 13th, 2007I wasnt getting the results I was looking for with traditional weight lifting so a co-worker turned me on to Crossfit. I’ve been doing the workout of the day (WOD) for 2 weeks now and I’m telling you it has been kicking my ass! I feel more energized and I am definately getting stronger and leaner. I am excited and looking forward to seeing serious results in the coming months! By the looks of my profile, not many of you out there will be reading this but it’s therapeutic so screw it!
