Happy Halloween!

Hey guys,  I am still working out. My new job is going great!  The stress level is a lot lower.  Now  I need to eat better.  I am on the road 3 times a week so I never whats for lunch.  My boss took me out to Chinese food and then yesterday I went to another Chinese food place with my field trainer. I paid.  I tried to get a meal that was as healthy as I could get. Oh well.

My workouts have been going well.  The great thing about this job I have a lot free time to hit the gym.  I have been trying to increase wieght consitstantly.  I have been puting my workouts on the tracker.  Sometimes  not as consitstantly as I should but its updated now.  Thats it for now. If I think of anything else I will let you know.  Later!

Starting New Job Tomorrow.

I finally start my job tomorrow with a week of training.  I went on the 18th to the office did some paperwork than I was leaving told me training starts tomorrow the 29th not the 22th.  So I had another week off. I was not too happy.  If I had known then I would have worked my old job another week so I would have gotten paid. Oh well.

I have been hitting the gym about 4 times a week.  I am not too sure if I will be able to go this week because I have "homework" ugh.  Once I get familuar with my new schedule I hope I get into a new workout routine.  Later.

Still Working Out

Its been a crazy few weeks.  I was offered job at an new company.  I had to take a couple of state insurance exams. I took them today and passed!  Now I start my formal training on Monday.  Tomorrow I have to go to the office tomorrow to do some paperwork.

I have been working out about 3 to 4 times a week. I have been putting them on the workout trackes.  I was planning to do legs today but I need to get some rest.  Hopefully tomorrow I can go.  Later

This has been a great week.  On Wednesday I turned 40! How did I celebrate?  I did back and biceps after work.  I actually got together with my family on Sunday.  I feel great being 40.  I am in the best shape of my life. Its been a tough few weeks getting to they gym. I have been trying to go at least 4 times a week but for the past couple of weeks only 2 to 3 times.  I had some stuff going on.  I was sick and also interviewing.  It paid off.  I was offered and accepted a position in the insurance industry. I am so excited.  I have been looking for a bit and really need a change of pace.

This week, on Monday I did legs, on Wednesday I did back and biceps and Thursday I did arms and triceps. Now that I am done interviewing I will be hitting the gym more regularly.

100 th Blog entry

This is my 100th blog entry.  I wish I could say I had a great workout with pb’s in all of my workouts.  But today I did chest, tries and abs.  It was a tough workout. I had the worst sleep last night we had thunderstorms throughout the night.  It took me a while to get warmed up and I had to take longer breaks than normal in between sets. Also yesterday I had to get up early because I had to go to a funeral.  A buddy of mine growing up his mother died this week.  It was good to see him and a number of people who I have not seen in a while.  A few people said to me that I looked great.  A friend of mine his mother thought I was my brother because he is a bit bigger than me.

Because of the funeral I did not go to the gym yesterday but did legs and back Wednesday night.  I will post my work out on the tracker a little bit later. Even though I have not posted blogs as regularly as before I have been going the the gym and eating clean.  The only thing I am disappointed in is that I lost a couple of pounds this week. Now I am going to get some rest.  Later!

Hi everyone! I have not really had the time to update by BodyBlog.  I have been busy with  work and other things.  I have been going to the gym consistently.  I always make time to go.  I have been increasing weight and I can tell I have been making progress.  I will soon post a new progress picture.  Later!

Shoulders and Abs

I have not posted for a couple of days. Its been hard to do during the summer.  I did shoulders, biceps and abs today and yesterday I did chest, triceps and abs. Both workouts were good.  I maintained weight on each.  I feel like I am finally back up to speed after being sick.  I have been trying to change my routines a bit.  I have been doing skull crushes, assisted dips and assisted chin ups.  Also I started to to cable crunches. They kick ass!  I feel them a bit.  Last night I saw my brother and the first thing he did was complement me.  He said he could tell that I have been working out.  That  made my day. Later.

Legs and Abs

I went to the gym tonight and I had a great let workout.  Throughout the day I was dragging and almost went straight home but I said to my self I need to go the gym no matter what.  I am glad I went as I started I had a burst of energy. I wound up having a personal best in squats, calf extensions and leg curls. It was a short workout about 40 minutes but it was a good one.  Now I am going to veg a bit before I go to bed.  Later.

Shoulders

I went to the gym after work and did shoulders and abs.  I was in a shitty mood. Work totally sucked and my general manager was being such a pain in the @$$.  Right now I am frustrated with work but now is not the time to look for a new job. I started with overhead press and I went up in weight. Then I did Shrugs I went up to 175 lbs.  Then I lat raises and Cuban press.  I finished by doing abs and went 12 minutes on the treadmill.  I needed the workout now I feel a little bit better.  Later

Chest and Tries

Today was a big test on how much better I feeling.  Did chest and triceps.  It started well with bench press and inclined  press.  I was started to feel it a little bit by the time I did cable crossovers and when I did French curls. I had to drop weight while doing triceps push downs and French curls.  I thought that I might  have to because I missed 2 weeks of workouts. That  sucks!  Tonight I am a little sore hopefully tomorrow I will have a good back and bicep workout.  Later
