100 th Blog entry
This is my 100th blog entry. I wish I could say I had a great workout with pb’s in all of my workouts. But today I did chest, tries and abs. It was a tough workout. I had the worst sleep last night we had thunderstorms throughout the night. It took me a while to get warmed up and I had to take longer breaks than normal in between sets. Also yesterday I had to get up early because I had to go to a funeral. A buddy of mine growing up his mother died this week. It was good to see him and a number of people who I have not seen in a while. A few people said to me that I looked great. A friend of mine his mother thought I was my brother because he is a bit bigger than me.
Because of the funeral I did not go to the gym yesterday but did legs and back Wednesday night. I will post my work out on the tracker a little bit later. Even though I have not posted blogs as regularly as before I have been going the the gym and eating clean. The only thing I am disappointed in is that I lost a couple of pounds this week. Now I am going to get some rest. Later!

Great job on being consistent. My right shoulder issue is gone and I can throw the football with no discomfort or doms. Now my left pressing muscles are in recovery from a strain. Kinda be testing my patients on not forcing weights with pain.
