Shoulders and Abs
I have not posted for a couple of days. Its been hard to do during the summer. I did shoulders, biceps and abs today and yesterday I did chest, triceps and abs. Both workouts were good. I maintained weight on each. I feel like I am finally back up to speed after being sick. I have been trying to change my routines a bit. I have been doing skull crushes, assisted dips and assisted chin ups. Also I started to to cable crunches. They kick ass! I feel them a bit. Last night I saw my brother and the first thing he did was complement me. He said he could tell that I have been working out. That made my day. Later.

The payoff counts! Complements and comments make me enthused to keep attacking goals. My one buddy has not seen me in a year and said "Jeez do your shoulders need to get any bigger?" He used to be bigger than me….Yeah Man! I did not tell him that I do want them bigger. He said your not going to take steroids and injections are you? I was taken aback and said "Hell No, why? I’m happy." I’m glad we are in this together and grateful for your support. Stay healthy!
