Shoulders and Abs
Friday, July 18th, 2008I have not posted for a couple of days. Its been hard to do during the summer. I did shoulders, biceps and abs today and yesterday I did chest, triceps and abs. Both workouts were good. I maintained weight on each. I feel like I am finally back up to speed after being sick. I have been trying to change my routines a bit. I have been doing skull crushes, assisted dips and assisted chin ups. Also I started to to cable crunches. They kick ass! I feel them a bit. Last night I saw my brother and the first thing he did was complement me. He said he could tell that I have been working out. That made my day. Later.
