Great Workout
Friday, April 25th, 2008Went to to the gym this morning. I did back , biceps and abs. Over the past few days I have a couple of great workouts! I have been full of energy and little to no muscle fatigue. I was able to increase weight doing back and biceps. I increased weight while doing seated rows, and dual pulley rows. I also increased weight with the cable curl and dumbbell preacher curls. Afterwards I was full of energy and feel great. To everyone who celebrates Orthodox Easter this Sunday, have a Happy Easter! I have Sunday off and will be celebrating with my family. Later.
