I went to the gym this morning. I felt like crap the workout and had to cut it short. I did back and had to cut shoulders short today. I went to the dentist yesterday and had a root canal. It was a long procedure. It took an hours and a half. One of the roots curved a but so it took longer to do. During the middle of the night the medicine they put in the tooth started to drain and causing all sort of havoc with my stomach. I almost did not go to the gym at all but decided to work through it. I could not get into a groove at all and felt like booting almost the whole time. Half way through shoulders I had no energy and called it a day. Now I am just going to rest for the remainder of the day. Later.

Felling a lot better from my cold. I was eager to get to the gym this morning. Did Chest Tries and Abs. It was a good workout. Did not feel any fatigue. I have a little bit sore in my triceps, but it is a good sore. Now I am off to the dentist. Having a root canal. Not fun! Later.

Went to the gym this morning. I am still fighting the cold/bug that is going around my work. I did Biceps, Legs and Abs. Even though I am not 100% it was still a good workout. I was able to increase weight with biceps curls and dumbbell curls. Legs went well also I am making steady progress. I finished up by working on abs then went tanning to sweat out my cold. The only thing I am disappointed with is that my weight is keeping constant. I have a very fast metabolism so its always been hard for me to gain. I feel like I am eating more but no real results. I think my main problem is that at work I am always on the go and do not have a lot of time to eat. When I am at work I try to eat well and not eat the junk the rest of my office eat. On my days off I try to eat a lot more. Any advice would be appreciated. Later

Went to the gym early today. We are getting between 5 an d 9 inches of snow, so I am not too sure if I will be called into work. I did back shoulders and abs. My back routine went well. Shoulders started off well I increased weight on the overhead press, but the rest of the workout I really had to force my way through. I hit a wall doing shoulder shrugs and had to lower the weight for the last 2 sets. I think I am coming down with a cold. I feel a little bit run down. Hopefully I won’t. Have a good weekend everyone.

This is the first workout that I have had in almost a week. I had a long long week at work. I worked close to 60 hours. It was our big Presidents Day Sale. Because of this I worked a lot of OT. For the past few days I’ve been dragging A$$. I haven’t eaten as well as I have been and definitely not getting enough rest. I think I lost some weight. I hate it when work gets in the way of going to the gym!
My work out was a bit of a struggle. I did Chest, Triceps and Abs. I did ok with bench but struggled with inclined press and cables. Next I did Triceps. It went pretty well. I was a bit tired but worked my way through it. I finished it off by going 15 min on the bike then abs. Now I am going to get some R&R for the rest of the day. Later

Went to the gym this morning. I was a little tired this morning. Last night I went to see my parents and had dinner with them. Yesterday marked on year since my dad had surgery for colon cancer. Lucky the cancer did not get into the wall of the colon. Its been a long year. He had another surgery in October and spent a month in the hospital and just finished on round of kemo and radiation. The work out was good. It was a good workout for my biceps. I did not feel any muscle fatigue and was able to increase weight. Biceps have been one of my weakest workouts but I can see a steady improvement. Legs was also good. I was able to increase weight. I then finished by working out my abs. Thats it! Later.

Went to the gym this morning. Did back, shoulders and abs. It was another great back workout. I had a lot of energy this morning even though I was fighting something earlier this week. Throughout my workout I was energized. I can tell I am making a lot of progress. I finished with 15 minutes on the bike then relaxed for a few while going tanning for the first time. It is free at my gym and I thought I would try it and get a little color to beat those winter doldrums. Later.

This morning was my first chest and triceps workout at the new gym. I was really pumped to get to the gym this morning, but it is damn cold out. It was 14 degrees this morning. Can’t wait until spring. Fist sign of spring, pitchers and catchers report to spring training on Thursday. Spring can’t be that far away. The work out was good. Still getting used to the equipment at the gym. All of the machines are Life Fitness Machines. It seems that I can not do as much weight on these machines as the machines at Golds. I know it may sound a little crazy weight is weight, right? Oh well. Later…Stay warm.

Went to the Gym today after work. Did Abs and then 30 minutes on the bike. Did 5.82 miles. I am going to starting to go a 4th day per week. Day 4 is going to mainly be Cardio and Abs. Tomorrow I am going to hit chest and Tries real hard. Later

I signed up for a new gym yesterday afternoon and had my first workout this morning. Did Biceps, Legs,Abs and finished up with 15 minutes on the treadmill. It was a great workout. I had no soreness from yesterdays workout. Biceps went well. It took a little bit longer working on legs while getting used to the new machines. My lower left ab strain is a lot better and I was able to go on the ab crunch machine. Later
