Went to the gym. Did Biceps, Legs and Abs. It was a great workout. I did a lot of reps doing biceps. This time I didn’t have much muscle fatigue. Legs went well also.
I decided to switch gyms and go to the gym my co worker goes to. While working out I realized how old and small my gym is compared to the gym I went to the other night. When I told the gym attendant that I would be changing gyms the woman was saying how they are building a new gym. They have been saying it for over 6 months. I asked her when would it open she said sometime in 2009. They haven’t even broken ground yet. I think it will be a good move for me. Later

Went to they gym after work last night with a friend of mine at work. He had a guest pass at Planet Fitness so I went along with him. I did back, shoulders and abs. It was a pretty good workout. I just had to get used to the machines. I liked the gym. Its new and cleaner than the gym that I go to. It had a number of life fitness machines, cables. It however does not have Hammer Strength machines, which I like but the machines that were the pretty much does the same thing. I am seriously thinking of joining. Some things to ponder…

Went to the gym tonight after work. Its been a long frustrating week at work. Needed to get to the gym! Did Chest and Triceps. I struggled a little bit with declined press and inclined dumbbell press. After that Triceps went well. I worked them pretty hard and got a bit of a burn from it. A little sore is good. It was a little weird not having football this weekend. Night everyone.

Went to the gym this morning. Did Biceps, Legs and Abs. It was a great workout. I have been able to consistently increase weight, which I am real happy about. I can tell that I am really making progress. So far so good for 2008!

Went to the gym this morning did back and shoulders. I was a little tired this morning but I was rearing to go. I felt pretty good while doing my working out. I went up on my shoulder press and shrugs. I have been trying to eat healthier. I have been staying away from any junk food and brought lunch to work, Tuna sandwich with fruit. I’ve noticed that I am making progress. I can see it on my chest. i will post a new photo soon. Later…Stay warm!

Went to the gym after work tonight. Did Chest and Tries. I was thinking about going to the gym all day. I started off well. I did inclined press instead of press using the Smith Machine. By the 2nd set I felt weak and the declined press was just pure frustration. I rebounded a little bit when I did Triceps. I was able to increase weight when doing the pull downs with the rope. I went tonight because I cam going to try to go 4 times a week. On Monday I am going to a gym with a co worker of mine that just opened up to check it out. Later dinner time.

Boy I am getting sick of winter! First the snowstorm on Monday today, it was freezing going to the gym. Can’t wait until spring! Did Biceps, Legs and Abs today. It was pretty good. So far my workouts this month have gone well. I feel good no ill effects from my injury in December and I’m glad I added on another set. I have been also been hitting my abs hard I ordered Animal Pak last week and should be getting it any day. I will see how it helps my workouts. Later

Went to the gym did Back and Shoulders. I was ready to go! I went up in weight on the Overhead Press, Seated Cable Rows and Hammer Strength One Arm Rows. I changed it up a little bit. I usually start with back and then do shoulders. Today I did a couple of back exercises and then shoulders then switched back. I feel great afterwards. Later for now.

Went to the gym this morning and did Chest, Tries and Abs. I’ve been a little tired. I had to get up early the past few days for work. Mentally I would not wait to get back into the gym. It started pretty goo. When I did Inclined Bench Press using the Smith Machine, I was struggling. For the past month or so when I do Inclined Press I seem to have problems. The first set goes well, but halfway though the second and the third I struggle. I have tried going down weight but it does not seem to help. The rest of the workout went great. I feel a lot more energized. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks!

Went to the gym this morning did Biceps, abs and finished it off by going 18 minutes on the bike. It felt pretty good. My upper body was not sore and I was ready to go. Ever since I hurt my arm I have been really working on my abs. While at home on days that I can’t go to the gym while watching TV I have been working on abs. One of my goals this year is to get them ripped. Tomorrow back to work. Later.
