Went to the gym this morning. I did back and shoulders today. I could not wait to get to the gym. I’m a little tired, work has been crazy plus I stayed up last night watching the Pats go 16-0. Go Pats! (Now I have that out of my system). The workout went well, no ill affects from my arm injury. This is my last workout before New Years. I am working today and tomorrow. Will hit the gym on Tuesday. Happy New Years everyone!

I hope everyone had a great Christmas. Mine was great. All of my family were together. It was very special.
I am back on track! My left arm feels great and I could not wait to get to the gym this morning. I did Chest and Triceps. I was able to keep up with the weight from my previous workout. I took my time, made sure my form was good and I took it slow. I feel great afterwards. From now until New Years I won’t be able to work out as much as I want to because of work. I have to work a few extra hours. I hate it when work gets in the way of my workouts! Later.

Went to the gym this morning. Did legs and abs. My arm is feeling better. I was tempted to do chest and triceps today but I did not want to risk hurting my arm again. I plan to do chest after Christmas. The last few days I have been hitting my abs pretty hard. At the end of my workout I went 20 min on the bike. I felt real good afterwards. I’ve been steadily gaining weight so I am happy about that.
This is my last post before Christmas. I am working tomorrow and going straight to my see my family for the holiday. Merry Christmas to all!

I have been going stir crazy at home. Its been almost a week since I went to the gym. I decided that instead of lifting and doing nothing, I went and did 20 minutes on the bike at the gym. After that I did a bunch of inclined crunches. Its better than nothing!

My arm is feeling a bit better. I went to the doctors yesterday and she told me to stop using the sling and splint. You don’t realize how hard it is to jut use one arm until you are in that situation. It still hurts a little bit when I straighten out my left arm. I am aiming to get back into the gym after Christmas. This is the longest that I have been away from the gym in a long while. I’m hate this!… Later

There was a big Nor easter yesterday. I was at work (I work at a car dealership) helping out moving cars and snow. While doing this, I fell on the ice and sprained my arm,elbow and hand. I have a splint and a sling on my left arm. I won’t be at work for a couple of days and won’t be working out for a while. Not too happy about not being able to workout. I hope I don’t go backwards on my progress. I’m pissed!

Went to the gym early this morning. I was surprised how empty it was today. I wanted to get it out of the way, I have a lot of errands to do. Did Biceps and legs today. I feel better today. My leg and back aren’t bothering me as much as yesterday. The rest day yesterday I think did my body good. Going to try to finish my Xmas shopping today. Have a good one.

I am off today and I am using today as a rest day. I am still nursing a pinched nerve in my thigh and back so I am giving it a day to rest before I go back to the gym hopefully tomorrow. Later on I am getting a hair cut and do some Xmas shopping. Have a good day!

Got up this morning and went to the gym. Before I could do that I had to chisel the ice off of my car. Not fun at all. Did back and shoulders today. I was a little hampered because I pinch a nerve in my thigh. The pain is all around my thigh and lower back. This sucks because it hurts when I stand for a while. At the end of my workout I usually do inclined crunches and I could not do it because my back was hurting too much. Now I an just relaxing right now before I go to work.

I have been looking forward in going to the gym this morning. Did Chest and Triceps today. My favorite workout. I got there and it started off well. However by the time I got to me inclined bench and declined bench I was struggling. I was getting disgusted, I felt like I had no energy. By the time I worked on tries, it got better and I got back into a rhythm. I finished out strong. I felt a lot better. .. Now its about an hour later and my triceps are really sore.
I have to get ready for work soon. This month I have the late Sunday shift. This sucks, I am going to miss the Pats game today. Not happy about this. Later.
