Cut, Day 1 & 2
I started back to cutting with a diet only day…a.k.a. a day off (Yesterday). It was not fun after getting used to eating when and (mostly) what I wanted when I was adding weight!
Today, Cardio in the morning, 2.5 mile run. Afternoon, working chest in the Gym. Run went great, I’ll let you know how the chest workout goes!

Mass phase is fun! Cutting lets you show off all of that hard work though. Keep up the good work.

Thank You! I’ll need all the encouragement I can get. I’ve lost weight, and a lot of muscle with it, but I’ve never really done a real cutting diet before. Thanks again!
