Cut, Day 1 & 2

November 13, 2007

I started back to cutting with a diet only day…a.k.a. a day off (Yesterday). It was not fun after getting used to eating when and (mostly) what I wanted when I was adding weight!
Today, Cardio in the morning, 2.5 mile run. Afternoon, working chest in the Gym. Run went great, I’ll let you know how the chest workout goes!

Back to cutting. Gained a good 15 pounds back out of the 75 that I’ve lost while adding some mass. Unfortunately with the mass came an extra 3% body fat.  I had "my last supper" tonight and tomorrow starts a new day of eating perfectly for the next four weeks or so. I’ll be posting my new before pictures tomorrow!
