Cut, Day 1 & 2
November 13, 2007I started back to cutting with a diet only day…a.k.a. a day off (Yesterday). It was not fun after getting used to eating when and (mostly) what I wanted when I was adding weight!
Today, Cardio in the morning, 2.5 mile run. Afternoon, working chest in the Gym. Run went great, I’ll let you know how the chest workout goes!
