Cast away illusions… Prepare for struggle. It’s Showtime!
So this weekend is my third show.
My first show - I was 16 years old, 110lbs, 5′2". I placed third in the junior division (21 and under). It was on May 14th, 2005. The competition was tough, and I was very nervous but had a lot of fun.
My second show - 16 years old again, 110lbs, 5′2". I placed forth in the all Ontarios in the junior division (21 and under). It was on June 18th, 2005. So it was just about a month after my first show, I was happy with my placing but made me realize what every other man wants, I just wanted more and more.
That brings me here - 3 years later in the dark training my ass off, eatting everything in sight. I got my weight up to 165lbs. Ive been dieting for 14 weeks now, lost about 15lbs. and still kept all my size. After I cut my water I should lose about another 5lbs. Ill be going on stage about 35lbs. heavier this year. Ive never since my body like this before, I think Im going to do really well, Wish me luck!
So why do you do it? Fame? Glory? Getting some ass? That’s just the icing… You do it because you got something to prove to yourself. This life, this trip, this journey… It’s about enlightenment. It’s about looking destiny square in the eye, grabbing hold of it and not letting go.
