Back pain….sucks…pinched nerve is what it is.

Man I know my trainer helped with this one..doing deadlifts, over a period of time Has ended up killing my back.I have had to see a chiropractor twice so far..I am still lifting but of course not deadlifts..

So when i bend over to do anything it hurts bad…its sucks. Has anyone else had a pinched nerve? Well i guess i would say this is my first real in the gym injury….

What’s up Eric.. I’ll have to say I’ve been stricken with 4 bulging discs in my lumbar spine and causing sciatic nerve problems.. talk about pain when moving or bending.. I have to watch everything I do because it will blow out at any time.. the worst is constantly being uncomfortable especially when I try to sleep.. but.. I’ve come to sort of live with it over the years rather than have major surgery.. for me.. I go through cycles of bad times and good times.. I’ve also done deadlifts and was well on my way to 500 but was again sidelined.. learning and feeling impecable form where much of the lift is done with the legs and not the lower back is important for me and I’d suggest the same for you.. if the chiro works keep that up.. but for me either hydracodone or training and cardio works the best to strengthen the core..
rest is important as well and ease back into strict deads because they are worth it..
    Hope things improve for you..
    Stay strong!!
