Man I know my trainer helped with this one..doing deadlifts, over a period of time Has ended up killing my back.I have had to see a chiropractor twice so far..I am still lifting but of course not deadlifts..
So when i bend over to do anything it hurts bad…its sucks. Has anyone else had a pinched nerve? Well i guess i would say this is my first real in the gym injury….

ALRIGHT, SO I DEFINETLY THINK MY body is changing..ya know the appearance. Plan on putting new pics up tonight. I havent been eating very well, because im always so hungry I eat a lot……
Well my wife is going to do a competition, so far. There are some down falls…money, will she place..etc. We have a good trainer and i think she can do it….so we will see…she would have to be ready by the end of May…which really isnt that far away….
Today is our anniversary as well, been married 8 happy years….and loving it..
Well I need to eat better and refresh myself….feeling burnt out…for some reason.

OKAY I WORKOUT 3 DAYS A WEEK, BUT FEEL LIKE I SHOULD MORE. IS IT OKAY TO DO SO? MY TRAINER, I KNOW, HE WANTS HIS MONEY AND MOST LIKELY WANTS ME TO STAY WITH HIM. Okay, wow my wife and I finished together a half-marthon in 2 hrs and 31 minutes, i will be putting some pics up soon. It was amazing. We carb-loaded and so i feel a little puffy but who cares, a half marathon is 13.1 miles………..everyone you should try one. The weather there was great……..but we are having snow and ice here in K.C. so that sucks.

Alright, I ran 10 miles yesterday, because my wife and I are running a half marathon In dallas, texas, Dec. 14, 2008. We cant wait to fill the accompishment of finishing it together and with a few friends. I do have a question, is it true if you run to much your muscles wont grow, or in other words running eats up at your muscles. Anyways, worked out chest today, and i feel great, work sucks……………………
