Don’t forget to breath

Tuesday, March 10th, 2009

I notice sometimes our training get so intestive that we forget the most basic stuff such as breathing.

People may laugh at this statment but it basicly true.

When training people should learn how to breath well and exhale/inhale as you contract you muscle and relax .

I alway concentrate on that part espeicaly when seeing Kung Fu movie and Jojo’s Bizzarre Adventure even if some of the things they put it is fake but there is some facts into it so I try to use it abit.

Breathing also will give you better core which means good abdominal.

I read from one of Jonh Wood’s email that Japanese Samuria usally train there war cry and it comes from the abdominal which release greater energy when striking.

Remember there are people who dedicated part of there exercise just for breathing is it is Yoga or Tai Chi or other forms of breathing exercise there are many people train it.

Describe overtraining?

Wednesday, February 18th, 2009

Overtraining is a general term.

But I hear many of this athlete who train day and night and doesn’t effect there body or ability to execute. So what is overtraining exactly?

when you apply pressure on you physical self that you body may not handle is that overtraining?
How could you tell what is overtraining?

Here is a nice quote from Roger Mayweather that is one pressure:

" You cant escape pressure. You have to understand pressure and control it to you advantage."

That means could we say that overtraining is all in the mental mind. It depends on how you look at things and what are you goals? Could you adapt training 6 day per week for long period of time because you believe you wanna achieve something with yourself and that is not only on a physical appearance but mostly mental which people sometimes skip on it.

Week 2 of training and have anyone reads Muscle and Fitness lastest issue?

Sunday, February 8th, 2009

The first week was just warm-up my muscle to the weight and now the real deal training have began.

Now my mentalitiy is put 110% of every rep like I see my goal in front of me. I sometimes don’t like that much weight training it is much easier to do than jogging but I like what is going to do to me :D

As long as I going to goal to become stronger than

I just bough the latest issue of M&F and seen some of Wlad Klitcko Boxing HW champion training. I learned alot from it. I thinking after I build me base muscle I going to kill it off and reduce it for stamina similar to Wlad.

Uncertianity of bodybuilding experiment and research

Monday, January 5th, 2009

I notice that most of the bodybuilding research have a big uncertainty into it.

one is the most time they experiment only few people. which is kinda very hard to represent the problem or effectiveness of something as whole.

There are many other factors in the experiment that is hard to tell how much damage or effect certain type diet could have due to:

1. People have very difference genetics

2. the factor is only one or two factors that the experiment could take control

3. psychological effect the person which tend to have some certain effect on the body either negative or positive. example a depressed person could have harder time to lose wieght.

At the end even if there was the right number of subjects then the best answer to get is if this part of the diet or training is effective or not.

I would like to know to approach this research and experiment information to make it much more effective and useful

Wanna see inspriation itself

Monday, January 5th, 2009

look at the youngest 43 year old Bernard Hopkins. He beaten the younger Kelly Pavilk, Winky Wright and Tarver.

The thing that amaze me about this 43 year old boxer is not his boxing skill, which is one of the most polished in today’s business nor his past achievements.

But the thing that amaze me most his his stamina. Most people would start to puffing at the first round of boxing this person is able to thing clearly even at the last rounds.

The thing is that I mention Bernard Hopkins as inspiration himself is even though he is 43 year old he still able to fight and win young fighters. If he could achieve this great extend it would be inspiration for other who are younger or even around his age to be able to achieve. As long as you dont lose hope thing go forward.

And remember if a 43 year old person could beat a young strong undisputed champion then you could get into shape.
