Could someone explain to me…
Why I dont gain weight even if I am eating alot of junk food?
I stayed on this weight for nearly a year with no change at all (80kg) and even if a eat junk food and do minimal exercise but my weight is the same.
It is kinda odd, I want to understand my body more is this normal?
I am about 5′8 but some people say I got big bones

well if ur not gettin the right amount of protein n ur body wen wrking out then ur not gonna gain good weight even wen eating junk food that stuff does digest and u do gain fat even if u cant see it, its there, so the only way to do it is the right way a lot of the good carbs and high protein and train heavy

I heard a scary part of skinny people that some of the fat goes in the blood vessel which leads to more complications

muscle weighs more than fat….junk food turns into fat clogging arteries and that causes complications…..muscles only grow with resistance put into it as well as protein because that’s what they’re made of so in that case, junk food is not going to add muscle to your body therefore it will not add weight, specially with a high metabolism, some people have higher metabolism than others, and maybe you’re an active person depending on your daily actitivies therefore the weight might still remain but the weight added is only fat crap that clogs your vessels. So add resistance/weight to your exercises, to your muscles and they will recruit more fibers to be able to deal with it therefore your muscles will grow….as long as you’re adding protein and the right types of nutrition.
