Uncertianity of bodybuilding experiment and research
Monday, January 5th, 2009I notice that most of the bodybuilding research have a big uncertainty into it.
one is the most time they experiment only few people. which is kinda very hard to represent the problem or effectiveness of something as whole.
There are many other factors in the experiment that is hard to tell how much damage or effect certain type diet could have due to:
1. People have very difference genetics
2. the factor is only one or two factors that the experiment could take control
3. psychological effect the person which tend to have some certain effect on the body either negative or positive. example a depressed person could have harder time to lose wieght.
At the end even if there was the right number of subjects then the best answer to get is if this part of the diet or training is effective or not.
I would like to know to approach this research and experiment information to make it much more effective and useful
Wanna see inspriation itself
Monday, January 5th, 2009look at the youngest 43 year old Bernard Hopkins. He beaten the younger Kelly Pavilk, Winky Wright and Tarver.
The thing that amaze me about this 43 year old boxer is not his boxing skill, which is one of the most polished in today’s business nor his past achievements.
But the thing that amaze me most his his stamina. Most people would start to puffing at the first round of boxing this person is able to thing clearly even at the last rounds.
The thing is that I mention Bernard Hopkins as inspiration himself is even though he is 43 year old he still able to fight and win young fighters. If he could achieve this great extend it would be inspiration for other who are younger or even around his age to be able to achieve. As long as you dont lose hope thing go forward.
And remember if a 43 year old person could beat a young strong undisputed champion then you could get into shape.
