Brain Boyle: From the hospital bed to the inspired Ironman
If anyone has the Muscle&Fitness magazine April 2008 issue will see the story at page 40 with the title " Against All Odds" Athlete interview by Mark Thorpe.
This kid was got into a car accident at 2004, which made his heart go to his right side of his chest. He was in a coma for 2 month and lost 100 pounds.
with the help of Jay Cutler and Gary Hall Jr., olympic swimmer, he went back on track and went and competite on the Ironman competition on that he prepared for 7 weeks and finshed the Ironman race abit over 14 hours.
He is also a bodybuilder and a swimmer before his accident happen.
This just say to you that anything could happen if you put you mind into it.

That man could have said "I give up."
But he didn’t.
He has a positive attitude and went back to working out.
