Started to train few days ago
I started again to train boxing.
The training consiste of:
jogging for 20min or 2km depends
10-15 min aerobics
shadow boxing and sparring or condition
I really feel sore in my body.
As well I have another problem of distance with my punchs. I am a southpaw and I feel the person I am fighting with is abit far away to hit.

I can’t dance and I think that relates as well to boxing. The coordination required.
Oh, I can brawl, throw punches, and wrestle someone. At least I could twenty or so years ago. But there was absolutely no artistry to it.
I’ve always admired people who know how to box. The speed bag, the athletic ease and confidence.
