Trying to change my diet

I really bad with my diet. The weirdest part is even if I eat alot and did exercise I still the same weight of 78Kg.

I eat everything in front of me that I desire sometime even the thing I dont feel like eating.

I eat salad, carrot, chocolate, lettuce, meat, chicken, french fries, dead skin, finger nails and abit of my lips.

I also drink alot of Moutain Dew and Coca Cola.

I havent even moved alot only before yesterday I went to the gym and did couple of random exercise. The freakest part of that is I did barbell curls and straight to the forearm curl and It looked like my forearm became bigger in an instant but it was gone when I returned home.

I really messed up mentally, physically and spiritually. I really try to accomplish many things but feel depressed that I havent done anything with my life and even did made myself. I still studying in college and just left 1 year to finish. That is a short time people are going to say but it still long time for me intell I start making money I am starting with my life.

All this is only prepartion for me which I not well prepared. sometimes I feel my legs cant hold my body because I too tired and lazy.

try to stay positive my friend. try writing down everything you eat. work out the calories in all your foods. might seem difficult at first but once you know exactly how much you are eating, its easy to adjust them by 500 to add muscle. Also, try working out some short term goals. They need to be realistic and achieveable so they motivate you. Dont look too far ahead. Everyone has to start somewhere. Remember, rome wasnt built in a day.
