My first Marathon run

I did my first marathon run. I the run was good but the organization was the worst I have ever seen in my life. I ran the 7km race.

 One thing happen to me is my legs went numb, I dont know way but that time I though it was better to slow down and walk. My legs hurts from under. But I finished the race that was my first goal to begin with.

 Here is the organization problem that happen:

1. The start of the race was 20min time before time given in the instructions

2. The 4Km and 7km run went on the same time which cause alot of confusion during that race. Some 4km runners when the track for the 7km

3. I still havent recived what position I finished yet. There problem of people taking shortcuts. So they are going to put it on the internet after 24hr

4. The prize cermony is pretty bad. espically at the end. There isnt even a single dustbin or even a plastic bag to put the water bottels after is been finished. It all throwen on the grass floor of the Emaraties Palace.

I have problem sitting in my class. If I not writing notes 80% of the time I probably sleep in the class.

 

Could someone please help me with this I need to concentrate more. I even sleep well but and wake up fresh but still have the problem.

Quater finals are finishing today.

 

Who is going to win the Host Ghana, THe regime champion Egypt or the Favourite Ivory Coast?

 or will Nigera going to superise Ivory Coast today?

For me most people rarely look at neck and jaws.

 

I do neck exercise abit from time to time. It help to have a thick neck espically if you are going into MMA or Boxing which could make you take a punch. And also in bodybuilding view it alway nice to have a neck that suits the your body. I see people with huge body but really small necks which doesnt look suitable at all.

 

Another thing is the jaw. I havent noticed it intell today when I was eating some mentos. I dont have any idea on how to make an effective jaw exercise and I dont know what use it has. But sure in hell those mentos have me one hell of a jaw workout :D

Jogging in cold weather

Today I jogged in cold weather for like 5 laps that about 2Km.

 It was dusty,cold,windy and cloudy but that was okay.

 I read a guy post from the internet that if you curl you tonge and run then you wont catch cold, I tried it but dont know if it worked or not, try it just for fun and I wont lose anything if I didnt. It went okay.

 

When running in the cold usally the cold wind hit you face letting the mucus from you nose flying back as you turn to Rodulf the deer or Iglono the Clow.

 

anyone have other useful tip on running in cold weather? I dont like running in the treadmill with all the tv on it and the A/C, doesnt feel like working
