Just some question and does anyone reads it anyway?
I know I got alot of spelling mistakes as well as grammer. anyone care to share some opions on my blog?

For the most part your blogs are pretty bland. Tell us a story, or give us some info we didn’t know about. Like how much estrogen is in the foods these days, and what foods with the highest amounts we should avoid. Or give us story. I hate when people blog about their workout, because I really don’t care about that. But tell me something that happened in your workout, something you noticed. Or just post a joke like SPANISHBELLE does from time to tme, everyone needs a laugh
me too I really dont care much about a what people work out.
My stories is mostly not like bodybuilding material but something more of bizarre thing. I usally a person who needs a story and makes it better but I wil try to find some inspirational stories.
One thing you could try is to reply to other people’s blogs. I jumped to your page from another blog where you had left a comment. It’s links like that that will offer a portal for others to follow back to YOUR blog.
I agree with you both on the Blog for workouts. No go. I use a workout journal. That’s what those threads are intended to be while I view a blog as, like cjacks9 offered, some funny story or a tale about your day’s adventure.
