Is food price going higher?
In recent months there is a global problem. The price of food will be so high that many cant afford it.
Why?
As the rule of supply/demand in economic there is high demand of food with low supply. Many part of the world is effect by drought which is not good for plantation. This cause due to global warming where the climate is changing.
Another part of problem is the use of biofuel. So instead of this food going as energy to the body it is now going energy to machine. How does this effect the food economy?
Well if you look closely the price of these energy compared to food is alot so to make some profit as for example corn as energy it better to sell it in higher price. Which could cause other daily carb product such as rice and wheat to go up in price. This type of food was cheap through out the ages now and never been the much up it have increased because many of the farms are turning into biofuel farms rather than nutrition farm.
At the end, nobody is going to know what is going to happen in the future or when it going to happen. But the words that comes out is the food price is going up and it will hit hard third world countries and then developed countries. This my lead to a global starvation and some effort to create a nutritional plantation, with the use of the DNA technology, a plant the could withstand droughts and any type of weather.
Be thanksful of what you have, in the future maybe you not going to see it much.
