Weird sickness

Yesterday I just meet one of the guys in the hood, who I didnt see for about 2 years. I really didnt recongnize him he looked abit bloated. It turned out he wasnt fat but he was swallon. He had some kidney problems. I told him you look abit fat he replied : "You should have seen me couple of month ago I was 115 Kg". Now he is about 90 Kg

We started to talk and about his condition, It was very terrieable thing to happen with all the fluid in rarely leaving his body. He told me the reason he got into this conditions:

1- He used to drink alot of Soda drinks

2- Do not urinated when he really need it

3- He had alot of protien in his body.

Now he is taking some medication and doing fine. As well as his diet there is no meat or Fish because of the high protien in them but Chicken is okay. He also eats alot of veggies for his condition right now.

After hearing him talk I now offical going to stop drinking Soda for sure.

Another conversation between us was about fresh eating. You dont really need to drink protien shakes and take Vitmans ( There is an article about how harmful those vitmans could be.) but natural and moderate is the way to go. You bodies cant handle something that is concentrated espically vitmans because many goes to wast and not used that means you kidneies work alot then they should. Just look at our grand-father before use they lived healthier and didnt have what we have.

Very good points easy. I am going to see a kidney guy next week to make sure that my kidneys are good. I did notice that protien shakes have a warning for people with kidney problems, but I am going to ask about healthy kidneys and protein when I see the doc. Have a great weekend!
