this is an inspirational story got it by email hope you like it:
FROGS
Once upon a time there wasa bunch of tiny
frogs….
whoarranged
a runningcompetition.
The goal was to reach the topof a very high tower.
A big crowd had gatheredaround the tower to see the race and cheer on
the contestants….
The race began….
Honestly:
No one in crowd reallybelieved that the tiny
frogs would reach the top of the tower.
You heard statements suchas:
‘Oh, WAY toodifficult!!’
‘They will NEVER makeit to the top.’
‘Not a chance thatthey will succeed. The tower is too high!’
The tiny frogs begancollapsing. One by one….
Except for those, who in afresh tempo, were
climbing higher and higher….
The crowd continued toyell,
‘It is too difficult!!! No one will make it!’
More tiny frogs got tiredand gave up….
But ONE continued higherand higher and higher….
This one wouldn’t give up!
At the end everyone elsehad given up climbing
the tower. Except for the one tiny frog who, after a big effort, was the only one who reached the top!
THEN all of the other tinyfrogs naturally want
ed to know how this one
frog managed to do it?
A contestant asked the tinyfrog how he had
found the strength to succeed
and reach the goal?
It turned out….
That the winner was DEAF!!!!
The wisdom of this story is:
Never listen to otherpeople’s tendencies to be
negative or pessimistic….
because they take your most wonderful dreams
and wishes away from you –
the ones you have in your heart!
Always think of the powerwords have.
Because everything you hearand read will affect
your actions!
Therefore:
ALWAYS be…..
POSITIVE!
And above all:
Be DEAF when people tell
YOU thatyou cannot
fulfill your dreams!
Always think:
God and I can do this!
Pass this message to’tiny frogs’
you care about.
Give them some motivation!!!
Most people walk in and out of yourlife……but FRIENDS
leave footprints in your heart

If anyone has the Muscle&Fitness magazine April 2008 issue will see the story at page 40 with the title " Against All Odds" Athlete interview by Mark Thorpe.
This kid was got into a car accident at 2004, which made his heart go to his right side of his chest. He was in a coma for 2 month and lost 100 pounds.
with the help of Jay Cutler and Gary Hall Jr., olympic swimmer, he went back on track and went and competite on the Ironman competition on that he prepared for 7 weeks and finshed the Ironman race abit over 14 hours.
He is also a bodybuilder and a swimmer before his accident happen.
This just say to you that anything could happen if you put you mind into it.

Is when you are soo tired but then you are sleepless.
I remeber I had this type and drank Red Bull to sleep

Anyway today I started to move and play it football, what some people say it soccer for not apparent reason, and I was moving but still felt like sleeping.
Anyone ever did Cardio and felt sleepy during Cardio?

I never trained for a couple of month so I know it not from my "Overtraining" that is for sure
But I have this wicked back pain,on my lower left side of my back to be exact, from yesterday. I tried couple of thing like shadow boxing ( it works abit last time), Swimming, Jacquize and my little bro to press on it with his whole body on top. didnt finished it off but reduce it temporary. Maybe few day and it will be completly gone.
Anyway today is my birthdate. last year it was my coolest birthdate because it came like this 05/06/07 which is like in UK the dd/mm/yy thingy. But birthdates are cool because you remeber that you time is running out and need to finish my goals, which I have not done or tried to do any one of them.
I working for an OPCO ( Oil Operation Company) this summer as internship and today was supposed for me to go to a storage island but my security pass wasnt ready. too bad I was one of the few who didnt go. I really was looking forward to it because I wanted to see some of the petroleum device and equipment in front of me. As students we got abit lucky because they put us on the VIP Departure which was kinda odd because even AGM dont have the same privalge as we had to go there.
I starting a new program but still it underconstruction right now. I lucky to have an easy access to a swimming pool and a track as well as hight tech machine in the gym.

Now I thinking of doing Hajama before starting my training routine.
Hajama is a something to take away the bad blood in the body using cups.
