I added Casein to my supplemental protein diet - but found in the last 2 weeks my weight is up - feeling bloated and very sleepy after taking it - even though I take it at bedtime. I don't have the energy I did prior to taking it ..
Has anyone else had this effect before? I think its' because it's a milk based protein and me and milk just don't like each other ....
Sticking then to only Whey Isolate only I guess - anyone have comments / thoughts? What protein powder do you use during the day if you choose not to eat the protein
