Tuesday, January 13th, 2009I felt so much better when I gave my all my last workout. I wasn’t afraid to lift heavy until I reached muscle failure and then go to the next weight. Now all I have to do is get my eating habits in check. My portion control and food choices are getting better. I think I’m even getting better with understanding the right amount of calories my body needs. It’s definately trial and error but each day I learn more about what my body needs and what it can handle. I can’t wait til I can see progress and my bf is down.
