I felt so much better when I gave my all my last workout. I wasn’t afraid to lift heavy until I reached muscle failure and then go to the next weight. Now all I have to do is get my eating habits in check. My portion control and food choices are getting better. I think I’m even getting better with understanding the right amount of calories my body needs. It’s definately trial and error but each day I learn more about what my body needs and what it can handle. I can’t wait til I can see progress and my bf is down.

Ok, so I’ve decided to get serious with changing my body. I want to build muscle and lower my bf. I know it’s not going to be easy and it’s going to take a lot of hard work and dedication. I always thought that I was giving 100% at each of my workout sessions but I’ve come to realize that I’m probably not, that there are times that I become lazy and half-a** it. From now on I’m going to lift heavy and give my all with each workout. No more trying, trying is dying.
