					<description>i have had bad knees to , a tear that repaired its self on my left knee , and in conpensation my right if a bit iffy now... we can do it man we can lose the weight with good food and cardio for me ... im not sure how much my knee could squate but i can still cross train and walk and swim and thats the main exercises im looking for lossing the weight .... WE CAN DO IT !!!!!!!!</description>
